Trying to save a little extra money this year? Try this at home.

Mix:

• 1/4 cup of distilled vinegar
• 3/4 cup hot water
• 3 Tbs of baking soda

Dissolve baking soda in the hot water ensuring there are no clumps. Mix the baking soda/water solution with the distilled vinegar in a spray bottle (you can find these at your local hardware or all-purpose store like Target or Wal-Mart for about 1.99) and you now have a multi surface cleaner that is safe for pets and children and costs less then $3.00 to make. 

HINT: If you add 1/2 tsp of lemon juice, it will give it a refreshing scent to mask the smell of vinegar for those who are sensitive!
